As a kid, I loved September because it meant going to school- yes, I was that kid that liked school. I enjoyed seeing my friends and learning new things. Ok, homework wasn't that fun... but class projects that included crafting were my favorite. Obviously!
In my high school geography class, we created a travel itinerary of Europe and I loved it. I turned the project into a scrapbook of all the cool things I could imagine doing while exploring a new country, and I learned quite a bit about Europe along the way. Luckily, I was even able to use some of that knowledge when a friend and I backpacked a few European countries in college!
While I don't miss having to wake up for zero-hour classes, I do miss learning something new every day. If you'd like to learn something new or are interested in brushing up on your hand embroidery skills, check out the upcoming in-person and virtual classes I have in store for you this September!
