See You At Sew Expo!

I'm thrilled to share I'll be teaching at the Sew Expo again this year! For a second year in a row I'll be sharing how you can create a variety of beginner-friendly and intermediate hand embroidery stitches in my classes. Like last year, the expo will be virtual so you can stitch, craft, and create all from the comfort of your own home.

Below are the classes I'll be teaching. You can sign up to stitch with me, starting January 11!

Drawing With Thread

Have you ever wanted to try embroidery but aren’t sure where to start? In this beginning embroidery, you will learn classic and experimental hand sewing techniques to create drawings in thread. We will learn how to successfully sew several different embroidery stitches that will create unique surfaces, lines, and textures. The class will begin with introductions and check-in about everyone's skill level. We will start at the very beginning with how to select appropriate fabric for embroidery. This class will be held on the free stage on March 5 at 11am for a 45 minute demonstration.

Registration for the Sew Expo opens on January 11. See what classes are available here.
