This week has been a busy one for MCreativeJ! There's a lot going on behind the scenes, and I'm not just talking about the boring stuff like ordering supplies, paperwork, and shipping. I'd love to share all about each project in the works, but some of them aren't quite ready yet, so I'll share a few highlights with the promise of more to come!
The homepage of MCreativeJ had a bit of a makeover! Like many of us are in need of a quarantine haircut, this update was long overdue and I'm glad to be able to showcase more of what's available on my website. Hint: there's more blog posts featuring helpful tutorials, cool embroidery products, and I've made things a little easier to find.
In other exciting news, my stockist Urban Plant Shop in Bremerton, WA has a fresh and vibrant batch of Positive Plant designs in their shop. Also be on the look out for kits and an online floral embroidery workshop coming to my new stockist Maker General in Longmont, CO!
But enough about me.
The Unity Auction is running through Sunday, June 21. Myself and fellow makers have donated items for the auction with all proceeds benefiting the Black Lives Matter and The Loveland Foundation.
Fellow local stitcher Lauren of Lark Rising Embroidery and her son created playful kid-friendly embroidery patterns. All kid patterns purchased in the month of June will benefit Black Girls Code.
And this weekend you can also shop til you drop from the comfort of your own home with Urban Craft Uprising Virtual Summer Show! Say goodbye to lines and mass amounts of people and hello to all your favorite and new favorite makers.
